Your use of this Website or by ordering any product from www.mensahmedicalstore.com confirms your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you elect not to accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Website.


Ordering and Payment

It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

When it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

By placing an order, you authorize Mensah Medical and PayPal to charge the credit card/debit card you provided for your order. If your credit card/debit card is declined at the time you place your order, your order will not be accepted and you will be notified that your order payment has failed. Once your payment information is corrected, your order will be placed.

Returns Policy

Our return/refund policy is as follows:

To request a refund, please contact us at products@mensahmedical.com.  Any product damaged during shipment must be returned and will be replaced at no cost upon receipt of the damaged product by Mensah Medical. Please return the defective item to: Mensah Medical, Attn: Orders Department, 4355 Weaver Parkway, Suite 110, Warrenville, IL 60555. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

If the return is a result of Mensah Medical’s error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Mensah Medical can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The availability of your items will affect the delivery date.

Shipping date estimates are:

USA Sales: Items sold to purchasers in the continental USA will be shipped by the U.S. Post Office for delivery within 5-7 business days. Alaska 12 business days, Hawaii - 13 business days.

All Other Countries: Items sold to purchasers in countries outside the United States and U.S. territories will be shipped using the U.S. Post Office for delivery within 10-14 days.  

Domestic Use/Export Restriction

Mensah Medical,LLC controls the Website from our business located within the United States of America. We make no representation that the Website or its contents (including any products available on or through the Website) is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users who access the Website from outside the United States of America do so on their own initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with local laws and U.S. export control laws.  Mensah Medical, LLC is not responsibile for products delayed in customs and/or for any duty charges on any international orders.
